If you watch Plaschke at all on Around the Horn, hearing claiming Pierce was faking his injury shouldn&#039;t surprise you in the least.  But it is peculiar that someone as usually well-prepared as Rusillo would resort to this.  I wouldn&#039;t call him a sacred cow, but he must have either had some inside information by a reporter who was there or he was simply having a bad night on the air.  

If we continue to see this kind of analysis from Rusillo on a regular basis then maybe we ought to start questioning his peformance, otherwise for now I&#039;ll give him the benefit of the doubt.</description>

But since Rotillo is a sacred cow around these parts, I&#039;m sure it won&#039;t be mentioned here and Bill Plaschke gets all the blame.   The CSN folks might frown on the criticism, right ?</description>
